These Christmas cookie cutters are ideal for making shortcrust pastry cookies, but you can also use them for decorations in sugar paste, puff pastry, clay, ceramics, and to satisfy your creative ideas. Want an extra idea? Prepare the homemade pasta dough with 200g of semolina, 100g of water, and a pinch of salt and cut it with the molds: present on your table a plate of pasta with an extraordinary effect.
Using the ejection stamps is easy and suitable for children too: roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 or 3mm using rolling pin guides and cut it with the molds by pressing evenly on each corner. Place the cookies on a micro-perforated baking sheet and let them rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before baking. This step is useful to make them more crumbly and to maintain the shape and decoration well defined during baking. Bake in a static oven until golden brown.
To clean them: unscrew the hook and wash the 2 plastic parts by hand. When they are dry, screw the hook back on.
