Payment methods

YOU CAN PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASES IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

• Bank transfer in advance
• PayPal
• Credit/debit card
• Cash on delivery (only for Italy)

Bank transfer in advance

If your order has been placed with payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will only be processed after confirmation that the transfer has been received by our bank. Please send the receipt for your bank transfer via email to [email protected]. On the order confirmation, you will be provided with our bank details to pay for the items. Please ensure that you include the order reference number in the reference field when making the transfer.

Cash on delivery (only for Italy)

If you select this option, you opt to pay upon delivery of your order. Payment can only be made in cash. There is a €7 fee for this payment/delivery option.

PLEASE NOTE: the driver will not call you before attempting delivery; as such, please provide an easily-identifiable address with a house number and the name of the recipient which matches the name on the entryphone, and ensure that there is always someone at home to accept the delivery.
