Returns and cancellations

If you decide to exercise the right of cancellation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, as provided for by the current legislation, you may return the goods you have purchased and receive a full refund of the costs incurred, net of delivery costs, both those paid for you to receive the goods and those paid to return them to us.
The goods must be in perfect condition, undamaged and sealed in their original packaging. The refund will be issued once we are able to ascertain that the returned goods are in a suitable condition.
Any return of goods must be expressly authorised by the seller in advance.
The delivery address to use when returning goods is: COCORÒ – via Papa Giovanni XXIII, 1/9 – 23873 Missaglia (LC), Italy.

The right of cancellation is no longer valid if the packaging and/or its contents are not intact, and/or if:

  • The product has been used, even partially;
  • The original outer and/or inner packaging is damaged;
  • Integral parts of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.) are missing;
  • The product is damaged for reasons other than how it was transported.

Should any of the aforementioned conditions be found to apply, Cocorò will return the purchased goods to you and charge you for the relevant delivery costs.

You will not be able to exercise the right of cancellation if you make a purchase for purposes related to your business or professional activity, i.e. if you have made a purchase with a VAT number and have requested an invoice.

Cancellation can also be requested for problems with the item for which you can claim under the conditions of the warranty. Any items returned for which you would like to make a claim under the warranty will be examined and, if the condition is such that they do indeed fall under the warranty, the products will be repaired or replaced with new ones. The delivery costs of the repaired items or replacements to the customer will be borne by Cocorò.
If we ascertain that the defect claimed by the customer is in fact absent, a fee of €25 plus VAT may be applied.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by sending an email to [email protected].

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER BUT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED, HOW CAN I DO THAT?

You will need to await delivery of the goods and then subsequently request authorisation to return them.
Once the goods have been returned to us, you will be refunded the total amount paid, minus the delivery and insurance costs for both the original delivery and the return.
If you have ordered for cash on delivery and want to cancel the order, you must still take receipt of the goods and then request a return.  To receive a refund of the total amount minus delivery costs, please email us at [email protected].
