These Christmas push-out cookie cutters are designed for making shortcrust pastry cookies, but you can also use them for sugar paste decorations, puff pastry, brisee dough, clay, and much more.
Using the push-out cookie cutters is really simple: roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm, cut with the cookie cutters pressing firmly and evenly on every corner. Place the cookies on a microperforated tray and let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking. This step is crucial to keep the shape and details of the Christmas cookie intact. Bake in a conventional oven until golden brown.
