The included lid not only helps maintain the perfect cube shape, but also retains moisture, ensuring optimal, even baking and a golden, crispy edge.
The mould can be used to bake classic white bread, loaves enriched with nuts or seeds, flavoured breads, plumcakes and brioche breads. For soft doughs such as plumcakes and banana bread, place baking paper on the bottom of the mould.
The mould is made of non-stick material which ensures that the bread does not stick to the mould and can be removed easily.
To keep it in optimal condition over time, we recommend washing the mould by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh detergents that could damage the non-stick coating. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent rust or water spots. Tip: let it dry in the oven for 5 minutes.
