The baking tray is available in four sizes to suit every need and occasion, from a romantic dinner for two to a pizza party with friends. Perfect for long rising times in the pan and for high-hydration doughs.
The tray has a high quality non-stick coating, is made of PFOA-free carbon steel, and ensures even cooking and a crispy, well-baked bottom that comes off easily. The coating also minimises the use of fat, keeping your dishes light and tasty. Non-stick is also synonymous with easy cleaning - just wipe with a damp cloth. If you want to wash the pan, however, we recommend hand washing with dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. One tip, leave the pan to dry in the oven for 5 minutes.
