The lid is suitable for all Chefmade's 12-cavity moulds and it allows you to bake your mini cakes while keeping the bottom flat.
Pour the dough into the mould, place the lid on top and bake in the oven.
The base of your single-portions will be flat, making it easier for plating and decorating.
Hand wash the mold and dry it thoroughly. A tip: let it dry in the oven for 5 minutes.
