The kit is versatile as it allows you to create hexagonal or round canapés and mini quiches by simply turning the red grid, with different types of dough: puff pastry, brisé, pizza dough and even fresh pasta for ravioli... the possibilities are endless!

The kit includes a double mould for making round or hexagonal tarts, a roller for flattening and a lozenge roller for carving the pastry. Inside the package you will find a recipe book with tips for perfect use.
