The set includes 4 handy parchment papers, two of which are perforated to ensure continuous air circulation. Using them is simple: place the perforated sheet in the cooking basket and the other on the base of the outer basket.

- After each use, remove any food residues and grease with warm water and mild soap or in the dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive sponges or metal utensils that could scratch or cut the coating.
- Avoid using knives and metal utensils that could damage the coating. Choose utensils made of silicone, plastic, or wood.
- After washing, dry the parchment paper with a dry cloth or let it air dry.
