The perforated baking paper is reusable, non-stick, durable, and environmentally friendly, ready to become your valuable kitchen companion for pizza preparation.
Using it is extremely simple: place the dough directly on the sheet, then, using the tabs, position it on the tray. Bake at the temperature indicated by the recipe. Once baked, easily lift the pizza using the tabs without the risk of burns and remove the sheet easily thanks to its non-stick property.
The baking paper is made of fiberglass coated with silicone and offers these advantages:
- Fat-free cooking: thanks to its non-stick properties, it does not require the addition of butter, oil, or fats during cooking.

To preserve the product for as long as possible, follow these instructions:
- After each use, remove any food residues and grease with warm water and mild soap or in the dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive sponges or metal utensils that could scratch or damage the coating.
- Avoid using knives and metal utensils that could harm the coating. Choose utensils made of silicone, plastic, or wood.
- After washing, dry the parchment paper with a dry cloth or let it air dry.
