Microperforated rings

Microperforated rings are ideal for making modern desserts, particularly tarts. On our shop, you can find microperforated molds for tarts of various shapes, from the classic round ring to square and flower shapes.

But why are microperforated rings so popular? The smooth edge ensures regular and clean borders, while the perforations allow moisture to evaporate, promoting even baking and perfect browning on every side.

First, prepare a good shortcrust pastry, let it rest, and roll it out to a uniform thickness using rolling pin guides. To achieve a tart with flawless baking, we recommend placing the microperforated ring on the microperforated tray, which allows the pastry to bake evenly on the bottom. First, place the base inside the microperforated ring, then fit the pastry along the edges. Remove any excess, and before baking, place the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Once baked and cooled, the pastry will easily detach from the edges without the risk of breaking!
