Our non-stick baking paper is a reliable kitchen companion, perfect for preparing both sweet and savory plumcakes, bread, and brioche. Reusable, durable, and environmentally friendly, it will become a valuable ally for your culinary creations. Its use is extremely simple: place the liner directly in the mold, pour in the batter, and bake at the temperature indicated by the recipe. Once your delicious creation is ready, lift it easily using the tabs and remove the paper easily thanks to its non-stick properties, ensuring impeccable presentation without any additional effort.
The parchment paper is made of fiberglass coated with Teflon (PTFE) and offers these advantages:
- Fat-free cooking: thanks to its non-stick properties, it does not require the addition of butter, oil, or fats during cooking.
- High temperature resistance: it is designed to withstand high temperatures, up to 260°C (500°F). • Reusability: it is an alternative to disposable papers and a practical aid if you want to contribute to waste reduction and save money. It can be reused on both sides multiple times.
- Easy cleaning: the smooth surface and strong non-stick coating ensure easy and quick cleaning, by hand or in the dishwasher. It does not absorb odors and flavors and reduces the risk of food contamination.
To preserve the product for as long as possible, follow these instructions:
- After each use, remove any food residues and grease with hot water and mild soap or in the dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive sponges or metal utensils that could scratch or cut the coating.
- Avoid using knives and metal utensils that could damage the coating. Choose utensils made of silicone, plastic, or wood.
- After washing, dry the parchment paper with a dry cloth or let it air dry.
The non-stick sheet, thanks to its pre-cut edges, perfectly fits rectangular molds ranging from 20 to 38 cm in length.
